As an employee at the Government Offices' security center, you will work together with your colleagues on the operational management of surveillance personnel, incident management, and alarm handling. You will work with various security solutions, camera surveillance, and the management of other security systems. You will collaborate with both internal and external partners and engage in practical security work. The role also includes administrative tasks and reporting, such as documentation, follow-up, case management, logging, and incident follow-up. Operational surveillance may occur, such as patrols and physical security of buildings and areas within the framework of our mission.

Your Background
You have a high school diploma and relevant education in the security field. Training in areas related to security protection and/or operational protection, as well as training as a security guard, is an advantage. You have several years of relevant and current experience in security work and/or operational work in an alarm center or equivalent. We also see that you have experience working with IT systems and communication equipment.
It is an advantage if you have experience from larger surveillance assignments and if you have experience in operational surveillance. Experience from working in the public sector is also advantageous. Experience from customer service/support and as a supervisor/instructor is also a plus.
Excellent knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, is a requirement.

The position is one or more permanent employments with a six-month probationary period as a start. The work involves scheduled day shifts including weekends, but night shifts are also included. Working hours will be adjusted according to the needs of the organization. The position is classified in a security class, and a security clearance with a background check will be conducted before a hiring decision is made. You must be a Swedish citizen, but having a foreign background is welcome.
